Lubbock Trip 2012

This past weekend we took a trip to Lubbock. It's been a few years since we've been, which is WAY too long of a time to go. We had such a great time and loved seeing some of our best friends Andy and Jenna!
This little girl was such a trooper! She still takes two naps everyday, but on this trip she averaged one small nap each day. She only got cranky a few times and most of the times were in the car. Poor thing just does not sleep in the car very well. If she does fall asleep she jerks herself awake so much that she gets frustrated. Here she is with her bunny lovie doing her classic "I'm so tired" eye rub.

When we got there on Friday we went to Tech to walk around and show Hadley some Tech monuments. We took lots of pictures and reminisced about college life. In the four years since college our lives have changed so much!

While on campus we released balloons in honor of Craig and JoDee's sweet Cade.

Of course we had to get pictures by the seal...

On Saturday we went to the Tech game! Gosh, I forgot how much I love Tech football games! They are so much fun. Especially when you win!  Before the game we got some pictures. Hadley was so cute in her little cheerleader uniform!

We also ended up stopping by Idalou to see our first house that we lived in as a married couple! It was such a weird feeling being back! It was a "Babe, can you BELIEVE we LIVED here!?!?" moment!

 Hadley LOVED the band! She loved them so much that she started clapping! She's never clapped before and she actually started clapping at the band. It was so cute!
