Swingset

When we were house shopping I knew that one of my top priorities was to get a house with a big, shady backyard. I knew we'd be spending a lot of time back there and I wanted to make it as pleasant as possible in the Texas heat. I also had big dreams of things to put in the backyard. A trampoline (check!), a vegetable garden (check!) and now a swing set!
You can see the swing set over the fence and often times Hadley will say, "Dats my fort. Dada built dat for me! Dada, did you build dat for me??" Sweet girl!

Can I Play??

A few weeks ago we were babysitting Eli and I noticed that Brooks was sitting and watching Hadley and Eli play. Brooks isn't the most easy going baby (sorry sweetheart!) so for him to sit still and watch is a pretty big deal...big enough for me to snap a picture!

St Patricks Day

 What should we do on St. Patrick's Day? Go to Chick-fil-A for green ice cream... Duh!
