Last month we had Hadley's first birthday party. It was a 'Cute as a Button' theme and yes, it was cute as a button! We had tons of help from our families and the party was a huge success. I can't believe that Hadley is a one year old! It was a lot more emotional then I ever expected. I had no idea that I would cry DURING THE PARTY! Who does that!? Apparently me! Oh, well, nobody was too surprised!

We are so blessed to have you in our lives. You have filled a void that we never knew existed. You are the most spunky, beautiful, and smart baby that I have ever met. I am so lucky to be your mom!
You have grown up so much this past month. You are starting to copy things that we do more and more. You put your feet in our shoes and put your comb and bows on your head. It's so cool seeing you start to 'get' things.
