Guitar with Daddy

This morning Shane grabbed his guitar and started playing. Well Haddie girl thought it was pretty cool and decided to help dad out. It was really cute so I had to document.

10 Months

My Sweet Hadley,
You turned 10 months old this week! Mommy is so proud of you and all your accomplishments! Just a few days after turning 10 months old you took some steps. What a big girl! You're going to be walking around here before we know it. It's hard to believe!
This month you got your first tooth on top and boy was it a hard one to get. Because of it you had drainage, stuffy/runny nose, cough and a double ear infection. It was hard for me to see you sick. We took you to the doctor, got some medicine and cleared you up. Getting teeth is a whoopin!
Mommy had to go back to work this month, which was really hard on her. Daddy stays with you on his days off and I take you to a friend of mommy's house on Daddy's days at work. Her names Brittany and you seem to love going over there. She has a baby named Lorelai that is about your age and Brittany says y'all play well together. I'm grateful that you are getting interaction with other kids your age.
Your personality is really starting to shine. You are a sweet, tender-hearted girl. You are compliant and easily going. You are a goof ball at times and stoic other times.

Walking!!

Hadley took some steps today! You've never seen a more proud momma!! Shane was at the station so I knew I had to get it on video for him to see. It took a few times, but I finally got one! Our lives are about to get crazier then ever!!

Daddy Love

A few mornings ago we were sitting around the living room playing with Hadley and I decided to turn on the camera. Occasionally I think it's important to take videos of the mundane and even though Shane thinks its weird, I know I'll look back and be glad I did!

First Arts and Crafts

Nonnie and Tank just had their birthdays and sweet Hadley couldn't wait to make them a card! She thought the markers were really fun to chew on and managed to get some color on the cards. I thought it was a masterpiece!

Hibachi

Last night we took Hadley for her first hibachi experience. When the cook lit the fire her eyes got HUGE. It was so funny! She was so enthralled the whole time he was cooking. I think it was a big hit! We're going to have to go back again!

Haddie's Car

Hadley's Tank and Nonnie got her her first car! It's a snazzy pink convertible. I managed to get a video of her before she grabbed my credit card and took off for the mall!

Hadley's Walker

Hadley's Tank and Nonnie bought her a walker and this girl LOVES it! I got a couple videos of her on her first day of using it. Her sweet smile was so contagious and she was having a ball!

Raider... Power!

It's that time again... football! Since Shane and I are big Texas Tech football fans of course our girl is going to be a big fan, too! A couple weeks ago was the first game and we celebrated by dressing up and watching the game with Tank and Nonnie. Here's our cutie patootie cheerleader:

 We went to the park and played around in the grass. I didn't have my big camera so all of these are iphone pictures, but they're still pretty cute!
