About five days after we got stitches in we went to the doctor to get them out. Hadley was definitely nervous about this, but we tried to talk it up as an exciting event so I think that helped. When we got to the doctors office Hadley kept putting my hand on her chin telling me to 'hide her boo boo.' I don't think she wanted Dr. Wiley touching her chin again after last time.
Once the doctor assured her it wouldn't hurt she let him take her stitches out. It was really easy and she was a trooper! I couldn't be prouder of her if I tried!
